CHRIS WALL / INTERNATIONAL EDITOR
chris@thereel.net / +44 (0) 20 7575 1923
The miserable Geordie originally began his career in music TV as a researcher for 4Music’s flagship programme ‘Ear Candy’. After 17 editions, various celeb interviews and a couple of TV screen debuts Mr Wall called it a day. In 2004 he moved through various ITV and SKY offerings before being drafted to help set up high profile events company ‘My Beautiful City Productions’ where he managed projects and events throughout Europe for Carharrt, Vice Magazine, Gola, Ringspun, Boxfresh, All Saints and TBC. Two years later Chris co-founded ‘The Pigeon Consortium’ to run the successful art exhibition ‘Natural Selection’. Shortly after Chris was to join Xtreme Information where he met Jamie. They have two beautiful children and a Labrador.

JAMIE MADGE / UK EDITOR
jamie@thereel.net / +44 (0) 20 7575 1831
Jamie Madge (a.k.a. The Lion) studied Film and Drama with film-y and drama-ry types at Reading University until 2002. He then took a play to the Edinburgh Festival, spent his money on flyers and t-shirts, made none back, found Xtreme Information, got a job and was able to eat again. He joined the editorial team at The Reel in 2005 and hasn’t looked back since (seriously, he has a neck complaint). He enjoys animation, robots and animations about robots. He also enjoys talking to you, because you’re lovely. His favourite film is Back To The Future because it’s brilliant. He is yet to meet Chris Wall, but hears bad things.

ERICA LUKE / RESEARCH ASSISTANT
erica@thereel.net / +44 (0) 20 7575 1802
Erica spent her early childhood in Tokyo before moving to London aged seven. As you can see in the photograph her education in film and video began from an early age, and has culminated in the film degree she obtained at London College of Communication. Now blessed with fashionable glasses due to too much television, Erica continues in her efforts to broaden her film and TV horizons. Her ultimate wish in life is to go on the Cat-bus at the Ghibli Museum in Tokyo.
Erica's favourite ad is the Metz 'Judderman', 'cause she thinks it's cool (no pun intended!).
SALES
DAVID RICHARDSON / PUBLISHING DIRECTOR
david@thereel.net / +44 (0) 20 7575 1874
Lovingly known by his workmates as Sergeant Gunshow, thanks to his gruelling gym routine and obsession with Hugh Jackman’s Wolverine, David’s cut his teeth in Adland way back in 1998, flogging advertising space for a variety of on and offline consumer publications, before being recruited to The Reel’s parent company Xtreme Information, as Sales Manager for their AMMO department. He then escaped the clutches of Xtreme for a year or so, going agency side to work with Killer Creative on the sunny Sussex Coast. He soon realised the error of his ways, and returned to Xtreme to head up the commercial operation of their publishing division, including The Reel.
David’s favourite ad is Virgin Atlantic’s ‘Love At First Flight’, ‘cause he's trapped in the Eighties!
CLIENT SERVICES
STEPH BYRD / ACCOUNT EXEC
stephanie.byrd@xtremeinformation.com / +44 (0) 20 7575 1947
Steph is proud to have begun her fruitful career at Gregg’s bakery Stratford Upon Avon where she ate an abundance of tasty baked goods every day. Luckily at this point she was only 16. After school she went to Exeter University to study Media Production and Film Studies where she was proud to gain a whopping 1st class degree as well as 1 ½ stone in weight. She then decided to pack her trunk and move to London to pursue an exciting career away from baked goods and into the advertising industry! Steph’s first role was as a graduate account executive for a leading advertising agency where she learnt everything there is to know about the innovative and wonderful world of advertising. She then decided to pack her trunk (again) and go off traveling for a bit! On her return she hunted down Xtreme Information and insisted that they must employ her instantly … which they did. Steph is only 5ft 2 and has fake blonde hair.
Her favorite ad from recent months is the Cadbury’s one with the mouse traps.
